One of the members of the USA7's forum (a super seven forum) worked for Thiokol, The makers of solid rocket boosters. This is an internal Thiokol video. I found it interesting.

I used to work very near those boosters. As I used to work on nuke missiles in the form of minuteman II ICBM's. I was lucky enough to have been part of a team tasked to launch one of our missiles from vandenburg air force base California. Hell of a light show as it was a night time launch and we were about a half mile from the silo on the beach.
