sound proofing??

Looking to sound proof floor and other areas of the car when I strip it out next week.

I would say most of the road noise would be coming through the doors, well on pre facelifts

the doors on the coupe sound more tinny then on my roadster

and the run flats make for a noisy ride... I'll be taking out the plastics and carpets to clean then properly anyway so whilst I'm doing that I thought I could put some sound deadening material down and replace the speakers since the panels will be off anyway.
