I did the same mod and managed to find the main component on ebay but then had to shop around to find the other bits, which took quite a while.
Don't forget that it is a completely different kit for the M54 from the N52

Or buy a 3.0, swap the bits, sell it on and hope they don't know what they're looking at. :wink:
 
If I could have afforded a 3.0 I would have bought one in the first place haha! Hoping to find someone breaking
