This all sounds really good to me and I'm wanting a bit more volume but I just have no idea what you are talking about. Can anyone enlighten me and maybe show me some pics please.

I have removed the lump of foam rubber from the rear end of the tube in your pic's... sounds great... especialyy accelerating in 3rd... only took 5 minutes.
Wiggled the tube out and pulled out the foam rubber with a pair of pliers.

Thought I'd see if removing both lumps of foam wd be better but cdnt prise the rear section of the sound generator off so decided the sound was plenty good enough for me.

By the way... I'm assuming that only I can hear the noise and passers by cannot hear it.
