Sound Generator - Bulkhead Side

Firstly, hello everyone! I've recently purchased a Z4 3.0Si Coupe and subsequently registered to this forum. So, my first post...

I have done the heavily-discussed mod involving the foam deletion from the sound generator. The trouble is, I can't for the life of me get the bulkhead side to sit back in!

Any ideas? I'm assuming it's not meant to sit loose in the hole.

should push in but if not remove rubber grommet and fit to pipe then try refitting it

Cheers, sorted, when I pulled the pipe out the grommet came with it - I assumed that was one part.

Trying to push the pipe and grommet back in as one was where I went wrong.
