Sound foam - anyone drilled theirs?

DDC/sport activates an earth to ECM to enable 'sport mode'

So in theory you can just use that earth for a solenoid?

Thats the good thing about the sport button, almost like it was made for DIY 'sport' additions... activate exhaust would also be nice. I'm kinda surprised BMW didn't do the sound generator change on sport mode as standard as it would make the sport mode feel much different to normal. Audio, throttle, steering weight, and auto/smg shift modes where fitted!

I would likely keep to a separate switch for flexibility of use or find something that is already powered like the EPS and tap that.

Way easier (for me) than building a circuit to turn the signal to power a solenoid
