SORTED: WTB: 224's (With or Without Tyres)

I bought my 224's from a forum member / advert a few years back with 1000 mile old non runflat Bridgestones for £400 - but prices and demand have maybe gone up since them?

disappointed that is way off target for a set that started to bubble.. Oh well maybe next time
 
A set will turn up, I was lucky to get mine.I had a day off a few weeks ago and logged in early just as someone posted a set for sale and I snapped them up.If I'd been at work you would quite possibly be the new owner.

I can source 3 straight 224 that need a refurb for £120!! Has anyone got a front spare they can sell me???

Need to know ASAP so I don't loose out on the 3 I can get!!

Are they worth a buy anyway and wait, Opinions? Will need it shipped unless local to Brighton area ;)
 
No pictures sent after a few emails sent... I'm out as just noticed he refused to sell them on eBay when they only reached just under £80! The buyer left poor feedback!

Think I'm staying clear.... :(
 
I have a set I have been holding on to chap, they are far from perfect but they are perfectly serviceable. Removed from An 06 plate car that has done 74k miles this year as I replaced with LM rems.

I was going to keep them, but how much are you thinking of spending?

I am close to Peteborough to give you an idea of location, but regularly travel to both Woking and roachdale if that helps with logistics?
