SORTED *Wanted* 224m alloys - with or without tyres

Looking for a set of 224m alloys - has anyone got a set laying around that I can convince you to part ways with?

With or without tyres - either is fine. Going to be fitting non-runflats.

Good spot cheers - is there anything I should look out for/query the seller on? They look in good condition but hard to really tell.

Not really anything to look out for, out of the ordinary! If i didn't have a set I'd be having them for sure.....

Contact the seller regarding an out of auction offer, this saves him ebay sellers fee's & may save you £50+ on the buy now price!

If they are for a non ///m z4 you might want to swop the tyres for a standard sized set once they wear out :thumbsup:

For Info: Non ///M tyres should be 225/40/18 & 255/35/18
 
That's great, thanks. Will contact the seller now. Yes noticed the non-standard tyre sizes - do you think that will cause any issues with arches rubbing etc?

£500 seems like a good price based on my limited knowledge - any thoughts on a suitable offer/settling price?

They won't cause any rubbing as I understand (I'm sure others will confirm) but it will just put the speedo out a minimal amount!

I'm sure ill be corrected if wrong.... but I'm 99.9% sure about my statement :D

BTW nice zed, 224's will look ace :thumbsup:

The whole point of ebay is you bid.
People who go outside the process ruin it for everyone else.......can't tell you how much that pisses me off.
 
Seller sent me some close ups of the wheels. Looks like the previous refurb wasn't quite up to scratch and would need to be re-done (if you are picky like me). Any idea how much would a decent refurb on these would set me back?

I was quoted about 300 for mine.
