Sorry sight at my breaker friend's place tonight...

Very sorry sight Mike. :(

I think they are beyond salvation, even by you!

But yes, your Xenons seem nice and bright!

My facelift e85 just had halogen lights
Rob

My facelift E86 also only has halogens. :(

What I can't understand is why they are so much worse than the halogens on my E46! :?

I blame the EU (runs for cover)

That sounds like a good plan!

I'll blame them for the electric water pump, run-flats, EPAS, and the lack of an LSD on non-M models while I'm at it!

I don't have run flats on mine, nor does it have an electric water pump. It does have an LSD though

Is that the same breakers we saw some drone footage from ?

Yes. He's moving to a new place that's all undercover after Xmas, so gutting the cars and scrapping the shells so he doesn't have to transport them.

Thanks for that Mike - but I'm guessing you still have EPAS!

At least I'm about to lose the RFTs, so I'll be making progress as I also have a flip-style key thanks to you!

Cheers, Iain.

EPAS, for the moment.. Whether or not it stays depends on if the VFE supercharger will work with a hydraulic system..

Mike

I hope you find a solution - hydraulic seems to be the preferred option if there is a choice.
