Sore backside

I've just bought a 2007 3.0si sport Coupe. Lucky me. However, at the moment I'm not feeling so lucky. I'm finding the seat far too hard, in fact, I can feel part of the seat frame poking me in the tail bone as I drive. It's very uncomfortable. The passenger seat is very marginally better, but still not great.

It would seem that Z4 seats are not built for small boney bums like mine. Has anybody else had this experience, and more importantly, what did they do to remedy the solution? The best idea I can think of at the moment is to have a piece of foam cut to size.

Easy I am only 10st but no probs with seat yet !!! just push right hand pedal to floor hard you wont bother about small arse arms will take over and feet.

Taz X, I wonder why my seats are so bad then? The car has done 40k miles, which I didn't think was a lot.

I like the idea of eating lots of chips but I've worked for biscuit and chip companies for 10 years with no effect!

My large arse has not had a problem with the seat in 40,000 miles, but it's still less comfortable than the well-padded cloth & alcantara Recaro's in the e34 M5.

I used a quillow in my Z3 (quilt that folds into itself to become a pillow), the sports seats were murder after a couple of hours. worked great...

I can't see how a seat is destroyed in 40k miles ???

I thought he stored spare cleaning product in his boot, didn't realise that was what he meant :?
