Soppy Ferrari mess it up....again

Dear oh dear the Scuderia really are helping Merc to win all the GP’s as much as possible again aren’t they.....

Not sending Leclerc out again at the end of quali 1 in Monaco when he wasn’t safe then Vettel knocking him out of qualifying is, well......

Easy for me to sit here and moan but for chuffs sake they’ve got enough knowhow....

Bad for the sport as it’s turning into a one horse team season again... :(

I'm actually beginning to feel a little sorry for Ferrari now  it's sad how far they've fallen.

I thought Arrivabene did a good job. Can't believe they booted him out, in favour of some crazy Harry Potter wannabe.

At least Red Bull are giving their all. But unless there’s rain it will be a bit of s procession I fear.

I gave up on F1 for good last year. It's frankly, just sh!te and boring.
Currently following the WTC and GT Open series (Spa in a couple of weeks) and the wheel-to-wheel racing in those series is way more entertaining.
Le Mans soon too. Looking forwards to taking the nephew to that as it will be his first time.

F1? Forget it.

This...unbelievably dull sport to watch now. Even the drivers think it's boring... :headbang:

I gave up ages ago. Just one que of cars going around, with the only passing in the pits. And only three teams with any chance of a race win. It's a poor shadow, of a once great racing event.

I was a massive F1 fan and started watching with my Dad at the age of 10 back in 1976, the awesome Hunt v Lauda season. Hardly missed a single GP for the next 37 years but I really didn't like the changes made back in 2014 and only watched a few highlights that season. Sad to say I haven't watched any F1 since :( Much more entertaining motorsport out there such as BTCC, WTC, GTs, Le Mans etc

I know it is often a bit processional, but I still watch it - maybe partly out of habit as I've been watching it for 50 years, mainly because my Dad was a massive Jim Clark fan (must have been a Scottish thing)!

But I went to Brands Hatch for the Masters meeting today, and to be honest in the Historic F1 race it was much the same.

3 cars broke away at the front, headed by Martin Stretton in a Benetton chased by Michael Lyons in a Williams then a Ligier in Gitanes livery. But they all sounded fantastic, and they were using the full GP circuit which is just epic to drive!

Sadly Michael Lyons won't be racing tomorrow - he tried a brave move around the outside of Martin Stretton on Paddock Hill, but sadly it didn't work so he ended up in the tyre wall. :( Still he is OK, which is the main thing.

I've been to a few of those historic F1 races and it brings back so many memories of when F1 was actually interesting. The sound of those Cosworth, Judd, BMW et al engines are just epic!
The historic Group C sportscar races are also insanely cool to watch and hear!

Yes, the sound of those historic F1 cars is just fantastic.

Mind you the pre-1966 tin-tops and sports cars were really good too - the winning Elan in the sports car race went around half of Paddock Hill Bend with the inside front wheel in the air!

^^ This, this, totally this ^^

I still watch out of blind faith I think , it has got boring though.

All the teams should be on equal money incentives , drivers on fixed money contracts.

I know it’s always about money and who can bring in the most advertising money, but buying seats (when better drivers are available) and teams is the death of the sport . Which won’t be far away I think ..

I can’t think of the name but there is a great docuseries on netflix which gives a great insite into F1 teams

Can’t agree there Gaz, F1 is limping but 2021 will see a whole raft of changes, plus the sport does far too much business to fold.
