I phoned them on Friday to get the blanking plates for the fog lights.

Conversation went something like this.............................

ME : "Hi I'm looking at getting some blanking plates for the fog lights on a 2006 Z4 roadster"

"OK, let me have a look............... Yip found them but we are out of stock but can order them for you sir."

ME : "Yeah thats fine, no hurry!"

"That will be X including VAT"

ME : "Ok do you want my card number?"

"Hold on a minute Sir, I don't suppose you are a member of the Z4 Forum?"

ME : "Yeah why? and how did you know that?"

"Well its just you lot are always phoning up and ordering weird stuff etc! so you now get a discount so it will be Y including VAT"

I live near Lincoln and have had a few dealings with the parts guys. They always do their best to help. The sales team! Now that is a different story altogether. :x
