Does anyone know if these guys do postage on parts or is it collection only?

I'm the other end of the country but I need a replacement leather seat part, which is not looking too cheap right now

Yeah they do post stuff out, they even offered me postage when I bought a bumper

Mark is the other guy to speak to if Jamie's not about. Postage has been included (free I think) on everything I have bought, usually arrives quickly. Though I ordered a cruise loom on Saturday that was apparently in stock, but it's not arrived yet...

Yea I think I spoke to mark this morning.

Just made a saving of £316 on what I ordered compared to my local stealer.

I know where ill be buying parts in future.

They really are good. Mention u r a member of the Forum for a 10% discount.

Mark actually stopped them sending an order out to me that contained parts I didn't need and gave me a refund on them. Top bloke! Knows his stuff too. :D

Yeah I dealt with mark today who gave me a 'forum' price on parts and when I asked about postage to Telford he said no probs. said they would be posted free  My local dealer although helpful on parts can't match Sopers anywhere near. On the quote for the fogs they were 20 quid dearer than Sopers posted price and that was with 'maximum discount'....yeah right!

The name I have is Joe as well....

Joe now lives in Spain. Jamie and Mark are the guys to speak to or Neil who is the Parts Manager. All top guys.

This might be a different Joe, because we saw him last week when we put their new network in :) He used to be in parts, but is now an IT guy apparently!

Cant fault them in any way, had two parts delivered free, all ppl in parts know of forum so mention it and you will get 10% discount, great service off them so deserve to be praised publicly

I received my replacement covers yesterday, all securely packaged up, I can't fault Sopers at all.

I was quite surprised to see that the covers come with new heated elements already fitted and what I presume is the occupancy sensor. Explains why they are not the cheapest things to replace I guess.

I'm not sure how you would get on if you had a retrim, I guess the retrimmer would have to carefully remove your existing heaters and sensor and stitch them in to the new leather/cushion.
