Are there any TV buffs out there lol
My trusty Sony Bravia suddenly packed up last weekend, from what I could gather the PCB board had gone on it, thought of having it repaired but decided to go for a replacement. I've tended to stick with Bravias as always been impressed overall, the pic quality on the old one was superb.
Anyways I had trouble actually finding anywhere that stocked the model I wanted so ordered directly from Sony its this model,
http://www.sony.co.uk/product/tv-80-32-lcd/kdl-32w653a
Anyways I'm pulling my hair out trying to obtain a good picture and there is nothing on the Web regarding calibration as the model is still too new. I have tried calibrating using other recommendations for older models but the pic quality seems a tad washed out and nowhere near my old Bravia for quality and vibrancy. There are like a zillion options when calibrating so I'm wishing now I had got the old one repaired
Cheers,
Tim.
