im about to start working for a teeny tiney company after working for a university .... going the other way :o
 
I've worked for teeny weenie companies, and great big mahoosive multinationals. Each has their pros and cons. Well done on being employed out of uni, many aren't

It doesn't matter the size of the company, what matters is how big a moron your boss is...

If he has moronic tendencies roughly equivalent in length to 3,568 brontosaurus lengths (~ 307 miles for those interested) then you're in real trouble.... :!:
