Someone was after a light ballast. Saw one on eBay.

Not in the for sale bit because it might get to the guy in need quicker this way...

Feel free to report it, move it, print it off and take it to the council or whatever else it is that kind of subscriber likes to do...
 
I've bought a couple of replacement ballasts from eBay in the past and they have been fine. Such a pain they are located under the headlight :headbang:

They are made by Hella and loads of manufacturers use the same part.
