Someone must have had this problem

I have tried a post on the Problem page, with no responses. So I thought I'd try a more popular forum/page.
When lowering my roof, the headlining catches on the lock behind the headrests and the rear windscreen seems to have difficulty in folding into place correctly a split second later, it does slide past and lowers with a thunk.
Please anyone any ideas.

Try assisting the roof whilst someone else lowers it to see if it falls back in to place and lowers correctly.

Have tried that. It still happens later when un assisted.
My suspicion is that something holding the canopy is loose, I don't know where. It has got progressively worse over the last week because of the beautiful weather and the remote opening.

What lock behind the headrests? Can you post a picture of what it's catching on?

Yes, more hands make light work.
I have the car booked in to a realy good indie on Friday but if I can cure it before then I'm quids in.
I'll let everyone know the outcome of my visit to them.

item 4 is a guide to deflect the rear windscreen when being closed. In my case it is slightly distorted to the rear and the rear windscreen is catching on it as the roof is being stowed. I just have to find a way of moving it forward a millimetre or 2 without dismantling the car.

I hope this helps anyone else with a clunky soft top stowage.

Yes, perfectly.
As I said in one of my previous posts, I have a brilliant indie mechanic (ex stealer) to diagnose the problem. I'm thinking epoxy glue and a couple of G-clamps to move the position of the chamfered trim.
