Some subtle aspects to this M

Hi came accross this ad

the front bumper lip area has a strange white line across it. Also the rear bumper has a diffuser thing? after market or OEM? Any thoughts?
 
My guess is that the lines on the front are some sort of protection like the plates some people fit on here. Definitely an aftermarket rear splitter but I think it looks pants tbh

Agree, the rear looks shite.
 
The rear diffuser thing looks like something from Hamann as shown here:

It doesn't look too bad and it probably does actually improve airflow under the car (i.e. the purpose of a diffuser). If you buy the car and don't want that part send me a PM. :thumbsup:
 
As in title, pretty subtle, only M twitchers would notice that it's not a standard part, £20K though...

Not carbon black for me unfortunately otherwise I would investigate even with the flimper spec. Extended leather is nice but it's missing a few extras for that money.
 
Ps, who is their right mind would remove all those lovely M badges!? :|

And according to the autotrader advert it's actually done over 30k which makes the price more far fetched

Ruby ideally, sapphire if not :-). I initially didn't realise how blue CB was, it's not black atall.
 
Maybe the M badges were stolen to put on a Fiesta :fuelfire:

I think the rear splitter thingy looks pants :thumbsdown:

20k is strong money, maybe they've increased the price for the extended leather

The Zanetti car has been for sale as long as I have been looking which is quite a few months (and who knows how long before then) so one must wonder why. It's a 2008 too with good spec, just shame about the colour otherwise I would have been checking it out. Perhaps there is a problem with the SH...
 
The zanetti one has been around for quite a while, I think it turned up either just before or just after I got mine so over a year and possibly close to 18 months by now.

In its defence, it was expensive compared to the others on the market at the time so that will no doubt have held it back. Given the recent rise in prices though it doesn't look such bad value now- Just a shame you don't like the colour as I reckon a cheeky bid might just steal it.
 
rear mod I dont have much of an opinion on - as its a black car doesnt stick out so much....

No the front mod I am more interested in as I broke my cherry my chipping the endge of the my spoiler fin!
Whats a fang guard? how can I get one!? :driving:
