VX220 was great and certainly got more looks than the z4, i went straight for the TT after than which was so boring.. the z4 sits quite happly between the 2

Good stuff - keen to see pics once it's done. I remember when you initially posted it on CS and thinking you were a lunatic taking on that project, but glad it's a "keeper"

i am a lunatic thats for sure... the cars owes me more than its worth but that doesnt really bother me tbh lol

The Exige very much the same as the VX. You had to fold yourself up to get in or out. Very hot in the summer even with A/C. Mine had a sports exhaust and induction kit, so at 6k revs sounded like you were in a fighter jet. Made me grin and frightened the life out of anyone you overtook.
Cornered like on rails, not a lot top end but very rapid acceleration. Enjoyable for an hour a day.
Z4 more refined, quicker and classy. My opinions only but glad i had one for a bit.
