Depends what colour?

I did mine and it wasn't really a hassle at all.

Wheels off.
Clean the area.
2-3 coats of paint.
Wheels back on.
Leave to dry (i used quick drying stuff but i didn't use the car for a whole day after)

Took me around 4 hours alltogether

Also can i recommend Enamel paint for calipers... Provides a very hard shiny surface which makes it easy to clean off the dust

Yeah i think i'd go with silver!

I did mine red because of the colour combo of my car, black with red interior. But on blue with black interior i think i'd go with silver
