Still working on setting it up. You should be able to display cool water temp on the screen as well, and see how far you are from the PDC sensors, real speed and some other bits.

If I'd have known you were messing about and not working this afternoon I'd have dropped in. Passed your door at about 3pm

Interested to see what you're up to with this software

Shocking - you should have, could have had a play in the Abarth as well ...

it shows how many litres of petrol used too :o

Amazing... i also saw the magic mirror folding option there

Very nice. Can I get this somewhere? Or have you made it youself?
If so, are you planning on selling a copy of this?

I believe it is the latest version of the Intravee software, so it is free but you need to have an Intravee installed in your car. Most people use one for iPod integration, but it'll do any Alpine AI-Net device to the BMW i-Bus.

Correct - part of the Intravee software. As it connects to the iBus, it is just a matter of commands.

I know, the car has been in storage though :D

Dust seems to accumulate when the screen is closed so even more obvious when taking pictures with the screen open

...and sort out your taste in music :poke:

Oi - nothing wrong with the eighties :D

You are all just jealous because I can see that my back is 5 cm from hitting an object now instead of guessing that I am about to hit it :poke:

Oooh. Thats just perfect. Im planning on bying the Intravee since I already have the KCA-420 in my E46 that is not in use.
Thanks for the info.

pvr, do you get the PDC distances to be automatically shown when you go into reverse? The manual implies this would work, but so far I don't have any auto switching of display. And what vehicle type is yours displayed as? Mine is being identified as an E39 i think.

Apart from that it's working well
