hold on..........surely if there was a robber, sorry an 'officer' manning this speed trap he would have noticed the same car/van/vehicle or whatever speeding through 17 times?

Heard the same tale of mischief in Canmore, Alberta. Ours is slightly more believable as the license plates are on the back of the vehicles (the occupant of the vehicle wouldn't see the plate thief.)

Still looking like an Urban Myth though
