Really GUTTED! I am selling my Z as it just doesn't get used :(

I have spent an insane amount of money getting this car in to showroom condition!

come and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed, new 19" Ronal staggered M sport wheels, new tyres, new brakes, clear headlights, clear side repeaters, new suspension, 40mm lowering springs (look excellent but do not compromise the ride) 1 off badge kit, Full bare metal respray ( due to being keyed , hence cat D) last year and has done 10 miles since which was to the MOT testing station and back, car passed with flying colours, car looks ,drives and runs as new with full service history and only 72000 miles with full DVLA printout, 3 owners from new.

Car has been parked in the garage for the last 6 months and when I got it out to MOT it the roof was slow to go down but comes back up fine, this is reflected in the price as worse case scenario a new motor is £470 fitted with "theroofguys" in Bradford but other than this car has no issues whatsoever so if you want a pristine z4 for sensible money then this is it!

Any questions, viewings contact me on 07952452289

looks a decent motor...the roof slow down/fast up is early symptom of motor on way out, would be worth drying out and relocating to the boot before it fails...someone on the forum is doing this very cheaply now... glwts

You are right, I ought to sort the roof out but just don't have the time :dizzy: price is negotiable though to take the roof issue into consideration.

I really think the roof needs sorting first. Personally I wouldn't want to buy a Zed with a roof motor that's on it's way out, even if you reflected that in the price. What punters want is a well looked after Zed that's ready to go for top down summer driving :driving:
Once roof is sorted it should sell, its a good looking straight Zed by the looks of it. GLWTS

Not festooned with 'M' badges is it. Cars making out they are something they are not could put serious buyers off but nice looking car otherwise.

Can easily put original badges back on if required by any interested parties, Think I may just have to fine the time to sort the roof, heres hoping its something simple :P

As others have said I think you need to sort the roof motor to improve your chances of a sale. If you are brave enough to tackle it yourself there's a comprehensive guide on how to replace it on here somewhere if you do a search.

Thanks for that lol, I must say I searched high and low for a black one with cream leather, just love that combo and those wheels took me an age to find but yes I can appreciate not to everyone's taste, If I had known when someone keyed the car that the insurance would categorise it for their contribution towards the respray I would have paid the lot lol, respray cost £3.5k and they only paid £1500 towards it! :fuelfire:

Just shows its all a matter of taste. I like that interior and think the wheels look really nice. My bugbear is owners stiking on 'M' or turbo etc badges as not sure what that achieves. Good luck with the sale, hold out for the price as weather is improving.

The interior is great! I am sooooooooooooooo bored with the obligatory black car with red leather, black with black leather, silver with black leather, silver with red leather, took me an age to find a zed WITHOUT that combo. Incoming! :fuelfire:

It is all a matter of taste i agree completely , i could happily live with the interior & don't mind black wheels at all  that doesn't get away from the fact they can both be seen as negatives to the wider market which is why i mentioned them as possible reasons why he would be lucky to achieve £4500 for the car .
They are 2 more reasons on top of the others that can go against the seller :?
That said you only ever need 1 buyer
