You'd be better off putting the CSL's on Ebay, you'd get at least £1000-£1,500 with tyres depending on condition i reckon. Do you have standard wheels?

Thanks. I'd wager it's far better than the typical dross at the lower end of the market, but you can never demonstrate that until someone has viewed the car.

If it doesn't sell before I start my new job, I simply won't have time to try and sell it, so will keep it until Spring.
 
have you thought about selling the wheels, skirts and exhaust separately?

You would be able to to make a few K from those alone, and then be able to sell the car at the same price!

I am actually very tempted to make an offer myself... i have to stop coming on this site until this sells.
 
I have thought about it, but there's a couple of reasons I don't want to.

1. The car is absolutely perfect as it is. It needs absolutely nothing more doing to it, and the combination of the modifications really make the car amazing.
2. I haven't got the time to do it. I've lowered the price so that someone can take the car away this/next weekend. After that, I'll have to keep the car, as I'll need a car for my new job.
 
Okay, so someone will tell me I was fleeced, but this is what I paid for my 3.0Si at the end of September. I am soooo gutted - someone please buy this quickly so the pain will go away :cry:
 
I wouldn't worry too much, Bing. This isn't 'normal' pricing for the car, but simply that of the time of year and the fact I want to sell it quickly.
 
Well, I've had the new job start date confirmed - I start on the 12th of December. Hopefully it'll sell before then! :)
 
Man this Zed is sooo sweet , I have looked at the Ad on pistonheads 3 times already today am going to do somthing rash in a min , I so wish I had the cash and its also on 20 mins away!!! in Swindon.. I think :? :headbang: :headbang: .... now how can I buy this :oops:
