Unused, and opened only to take pic, was nearly £35 from BMW, £26.50 incl recorded p&p?

Can one side be fitted without taking the whole bumper off,leaving the other side intact.I've heard that they can break when you remove the bumper.

Yes, you can remove the wheelarch liner and lower tray fixings from the bumper edge on the side you want to do - They shouldn't break if you prise the bumper away from the clip parrallel to the top edge.
