Today I finally replaced my occupancy sensor mat with my old one, so have my MSport mat available.

Errr what does this do, turn off/on the passenger airbags when a occupant is detected, or something more?

it detects when you have a passenger on the seat and chime goes off if they are not wearing seatbelt and in case of an accident, the airbags for the passenger will deploy.

sorry I don't have the part number, you might need to ask flatout, the part number is on the mat!
