Soon to be the new owner of this. Picking it up this evening. I thank you in advance for the countless answers I may receive for my many silly questions. Looking forward to being part of the club.

You may also notice I've been a member of the forum since 09 and it's taken me until now to actually "join"! Good things come to those who wait....!!

Ray :driving:

The car has now been sold to Ray. Really lovely guy and hope him and his good wife get as much pleasure out of the car as I have. It really has been a special car to me.

Ray will still be on his way home to Worcester now...hope you have a safe journey mate.

Really sad to see the E85 go as it's easiest the best car I've owned but now have room on my drive to allow me to purchase a small car for my wife. We're expecting our first grandchild next year which has given my wife the goal of passing her Driving Test. We've been together for 37 years and her last lesson was back in 1978, bless her.

A big thanks again to everyone who took the time out to leave the kind comments on the thread. Really touching and greatly appreciated.

All the best Jim.

Whilst going through some photos today found this one of my E85 and my newly purchased Alpine White E89.
Would never of dreamt back then that one day I'd own it. :D
