For sale E85 Sapphire Black Hard top. Comes with cover, Stand.
The lock mechanism covers are not included in th price but are available to buy for £150.They are mint condition.
The cover has a small hole in it shown in pic. A hungry moth possibly :|
This is in mint condition. No scratches or dinks. All the seals, rubbers and lining are perfect. Heated Rear window works perfectly.
Includes handbook and fitting key.
The top was originally blue and had been used for one season before I bought it. I had it repainted by BMW Park Lane London a couple of years back at a cost of £750. They removed the rear window and done a first class job. So this isn't like and old paint job that's been sat out in countless winters. This has been on the car from beginning ofNovember to beginning of March for 3 seasons including this season.
It is rare to find a hard top in such pristine condition.
Here's few pics. Being black it's hard to avoid reflections.
£800

Looks mint condition mate! Will see how the soft top fairs in my first winter with the car before I decide whether I want to make that investment or not I think though

The soft tops are very good. You just need to clean and seal them annually. Before I had the hard top I'd clean and seal the soft top at the end of summer using Autoglym from Halfords. https://www.halfords.com/motoring/car-cleaning/interior-cleaning/autoglym-cabriolet-fabric-hood-maintenance-kit-636290.html

I do love my autoglym products! Thanks for the recommendation, this is my first time owning a soft top so have kind of been wondering about maintaining it!

I bought my Z4 in summer 2016. Being 2003 there has been a few bits that have needed doing over the years which have cost quite a bit. If you check my other post in the cars for sale, you can see what I've done to it. This is a lovely car, and drives like a dream, but I can't afford to run it anymore and I'd sooner someone else have fun in it. I'm a mature student at uni and also need to buy machinery for a business set up as I try to establish an income as I move toward graduation. I've repaired everything as it's gone wrong and tbh it's been rare. It's just had a new battery too. I change the oil every year whether it needs it or not and only ever feed it V-power. Hopefully your car will tick along without problems too often.
