Sold - Clear indicator headlight for sale

Bit of an attic clear out and I find I have a clear indicator, NS, black inner, prefacelift halogen light.
Looks fully working, no broken lugs.
Reasonable offer and anyone wanting it can have it to fit 'as-is' or a donor.

Also have an amber indicator, silver inner, xenon, NS, prefacelift. if anyone needs one.

Just PM if interested.

The very last pre-facelift (ie. 2005) cars had clear front indicators :thumbsup:

Ahhh thats validating, must be extremely rare though. I remember pointing out their existance on the forum about a year ago and nobody believed me so assumed I had been mistaken!
 
Well that didn't hang around long. The clear light is sold and on its way Monday to a new home..

Just the xenon if anyone needs one.

Mike's spot on. No doubt to make a few more sales before facelift time, clear lights were on the 2005 model.
Of course they are available as a spare from the dealer so any damaged lights can be replaced with 2005 versions.
 
Yes - the xenon has ballast, igniter and bulb all in it.

Jeez - I should break it up and sell it on eBay :wink:

Nope, but bought 2 Jag XF xenon's off ebay for my next project. Watch the price jump up when I go public on their forum as they say it can't be converted :rofl:

The washers are already built into the headlight unit which I have purchased, unlike Zeds that are in the bumper :)
Need a new twin motor washer bottle and a pair of sensors for front centre and rear OS for levelling. Different switch inside that has no levelling button (but it's not a full blown LCM and worst case a new harness if I can't figure out the wiring differences.

Should keep me amused for a few days reading the manual and wiring diagrams.
 
Since the clear indicator light is sold and ready to ship consider this thread closed.

I've listed the xenon on a new thread for clarity.
