Cars later than 03/2007 can be coded for auto folding of electric mirrors on lock and auto window close on lock using BMWhat app on Android (£38 Google Play Store) or iOS (£35 Apple App Store) and a good quality WiFi OBD 2 module. There are many different WIFI OBD modules with very different - often poor - quality characteristics and high price differences. I can supply a tried and tested WiFi module for £45 delivered if required.

Once successfully paired and connected these options can be programmed from the options displayed via the app.

dr_john, Requires software and hardware which I have in Southampton. I have explained how to do it in previous posts so was therefore offering the service should it be required for users without the software or hardware.

mcmnathan, On the basis you are charging for this service, I assume you have liability insurance? The BMWhat App is not exactly a commercial product and IMHO shouldn't be used for reward on other cars unless the owner is happy to take the risk of bricking a module and the resulting extortionate cost to resolve.

Just my opinion... I have a few Apps/Systems but never charge as is always carried out at owners risk.

E89_Gaz, intention was to save some users some cost by offering this at the same time as recouping some of the cost I have outlaid for software / hardware. Post retracted.
