Won't remove the sale post here but won't be advertising it anywhere else

Was considering the same but a roof down blast at the weekend made me rethink.

Ha ha, the E89 will be considered a classic by the time Bond makes his mind up.

Zed's looking amazing Andy. Still can't believe your selling it. Some lucky person's gonna get a great motor there.

All kind comments appreciated chaps , i don't need to blow smoke over it , the car is great & has no secrets (or socks  _)
I'm not flapping to sell ,
Whoever & whenever the next owner is i'm convinced they will be as happy as i have been with the car & also know that the roadster market swings open & shut like a trapdoor  it will go when the time is right

Joking aside are we able to know the replacement yet or is that still under wraps?

Got my eye on a few options John  purely investment not personal use

I like that first one Andy....

Could be a stunner...

Yea its a nice looking house . minimum time & cash needed on that one , new kitchen+bathroom , some tarting & its ready to let .
The other would be a different project in time & cash required but would produce 2 cottages which should give a better yield

Business over beauty as you say, although they both look great buys, well found sir.

We're just waiting on completion on two more we've just bought in the same building near the main hospital in Sheffield, good for midweek doctors etc.

I've no work pension just a private one so chucking everything into property for retirement otherwise it's cold soup and no heating when we're old croaks.

The first property looks nice and simple. You'd have no issues staying there from day 1 whilst you sort it.
However, Can't you buy one with a 4 car garage to keep the Zeds safely tucked away, on our next trip
