The time has come to part with my lovely Ruby Black Z4 with Champagne Leather.

I bought it last August from Lloyd BMW in Carlisle as an approved car with 22k on the clock, it now has just under 30k. They serviced it so it has full BMW history, including brake fluid changes with around another 8k before it next needs servicing.

Just four weeks after buying I found out my wife was pregnant with our first child, who was born on the 5th June. The zed has been parked up since then and has not turned a wheel and I really need more seats, hence the sale.

Looks lovely and I am sure that with that colour combo it won't take long to sell.

Just to clarify I noticed you said the zed is just under 39k miles, but the mileage on Autotrader says 29700 miles.

The car has moved on to a member of the forum. I just wanted to say they got a great example, genuine and in great condition for a price I think we were both happy with. I hope they get some great memories with it. They can rest assured the car was probably better than I described.

Time to move on but first child is the priority.

I may be back and if i am it will be with an M Roadster.......

Shame it had to go, but pleased it managed to sell reasonably quick.

What car have you bought as a replacement?

Hope to see you back on the forum in the future

Sorry you had to sell it...I take it this means u won't be coming to the Lakes meet next weekend then, robbyman?
Who did u sell it to on hear?

Just bought a Renault Alpine GTA V6 turbo that needs some work but it is a 2+2. Dream car for me, being restored now.

I regretted not buying the M so never really fell for the car I bought. It was perfect in condition and history but I never connected, I would say if anyone is thinking on 3.0 or M then go for the M as I regretted not doing so.

Our girl is three weeks old so difficult to make the trip in any case.

No probs, will take your name off the list.
Good luck with the Renault Alpine gta. I too once had a great like for this car, as a young boy...though never was fortunate to own one. Keep us posted with the restoration of it, be good to see

Just to say was a pleasure meeting you yesterday. Took car on a run round wales today and have to ecco what rob says. It is a cracking car. Thanks rob and will be in touch
