Hi folks, long time lurker here. With a heavy heart I have decided to part with my Sapphire Black 2006 Z4M Roadster. The car is in fantastic condition inside and out and drives beautifully. It has recently been serviced (Inspection II) with the next standard oil service due in 13,000miles. Asking price:£13,750 ono.

Here are the main features.

Full BMWMD Service History - including recent Inspection II at Rybrook BMW (at mileage 41,773)
Wheels refurbished (rear left had kerb marks) within the last 2000miles and new rear tyres fitted at the same time
Continental Contisport 5’s all round (almost brand new rears, fronts less than half worn)
Satellite Navigation factory fitted (Professional)
DSP/Logic 7 Stereo (a must have feature for me, beautiful sounds) with 6 CD multi changer (plays MP3 CDs)
Electrically operated seats with driver memory
Autodim rearview mirror
Automatic wipers (rain sensitive)
Automatic HID Xenon headlights
Bluetooth factory fitted
All the usual M features such as M Steering Wheel, illuminated M Gear stick, Carbon Dash and Centre console etc.

HPI clear (was on a private plate previously)
Comes with 2 keys and is ready to drive away.

Non standard features
-Wheels are 19” BMW M3 GTS wheels by Hamann Motorsport fitted by the previous owner at significant cost over the OEM rims. They have been recently refurbished and look stunning in person. They receive a lot of comments. As seen here: http://srv2.betterparts.org/images/bmw-m3-gts-06.jpg
-Eibach springs fitted and the car handles beautifully, none of the understeer associated with OEM springs.
-Various trim redone in OEM Sapphire Black to match the paintwork including door handles, steering wheel inserts, kidney grilles and roll hoops
-HID Headlights tinted.
-Custom Nappa red leather arm rests added to both doors and is now something I couldn’t do without.

Service History
Pre-Delivery Check - Stephen James Ruxley BMW
Running in Check -1317 miles - Stephen James Ruxley
Oil service - 10669 miles - Scotthall Ruislip BMW
Inspection I - 20,671 miles - Scotthall Ruislip BMW
Oil Service - 29,337 miles - Scotthall Ruislip BMW
Inspection II - 41,773 miles - Rybrook BMW

Considerable money has been spent recently including Inspection II, wheel refurbishment and new rear tyres. The car has been incredibly well looked after throughout it’s life which I hope is obvious in the photographs. The photos were taken this week in two locations - I took quite a few so if you would like some more just ask. The car drives impeccably and has no issues, the engine is remarkable. I run it on nothing but V-Power. It is a genuinely reluctant sale as I am hoping to purchase my first home in the coming months. Would be happy to give anyone an extensive viewing, please come have a look. I am quite protective of the car so would prefer any test drives to be performed by myself unless you are fully insured, however, this can be discussed. I am located in Crawley, close to Gatwick Airport. Any tips about the advert or questions about the car, just ask.

My second favourite colour, very nice

Price has been set at the right level I would say.

Really love the look of this roadster, if I could run a second Z id snap this up... Good luck with the sale! If I win the Euro on Friday I'll be on it :)

Great ad, stunning example. Wont be around for long I'm sure. GLWTS and the house hunting/buying.

Just sold to the first viewer who had driven quite a distance, quite emotional watching it drive away. Now I have to find something much less exciting to drive :( Thanks for all the interest.

Sold to me & r'lass in fact :D

Many thanks to Rob for a smooth transaction and a car that appears to have been very well looked after by all its previous owners. I've had several performance cars in the past including a couple of classic Scoobys (owned for a total of 5 years and nearly 100K miles), a Caterham style kit car (MK Indy R) and for 12 months a brand new Nissan GT-R. I'm surprised to say that so far the Z4M is as exciting to drive (if not more so especially above 5000 revs!) as all the above :)

We'll be taking ourZ4M on an trip round Europe in August/September. Can't wait :driving:
