Hi all,

I'm currently selling my Z4 Hardtop, figured I'd pop it on here incase anyone is interested.

It has a small scratch on the roof, I'll try and get a decent picture of it to save anyone coming to view/collect if it would put them off however it is a tiny mark which you could get painted over but wouldn't really be worthwhile I don't feel.
Does not come with the original allen key used for locking/unlocking the top, however does come with a full set of allen keys, one of which fits.
The allen keys came in a little red thing they sit in, would just drive me nuts knowing there was one missing forever.
The roof does not have the wee bit that covers the middle locking section.

Here's the link so you can see it;
https://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-motorbikes/bmw-z4-hardtop-roof-not-car/1150399842

Paint code: A35
Colour: Monacoblau

Will accept £600 from forum members.

Cheers :driving:

Edit; In line with forum rules, P&P not included of course! Would recommend coming to collect :P

It may help if you put more photos on here, the photo on the link is poor. What paint code is it?

Thanks for the advice firebobby - I've been meaning to get out and take more pictures, but the weather has been pretty garbage. No excuse today though, so I've taken a few pictures and popped them on the gumtree ad. Included a picture of the scratches as well.

That's better
In picture 3, is the corner of the top cracked or is it just the light playing tricks ?

Just went out and had a look as I hadn't noticed that - definitely a small crack at the corner. That's mildly upsetting. :(

God that price is plummeting now, probably only worth £300 now, I'll take it off your hands for you

Your car does look nice with it on - Why are you getting rid? / Why do people get rid?
I think the cars look better with a hardtop. Keep it!

I agree it looks nice with it, I love the way it looks but the car is being sold.
So definitely still for sale - I've dropped the price down as well to £600 considering the new paint crack on the corner that I wasn't aware of.

well i was just looking at this and was slightly tempted to inquire about it as i can only realistically buy a cheaper scratched/damaged hardtop as it will need to be sprayed in white anyway..... then saw you was in Scotland :(

Most of the interest has been from people quite far away, puts people off for sure. Although there is one fella currently looking at quotes for shipping to Florida.. not sure that's going to work out very economical.

I traveled down to just outside Leeds originally to pick this one up, was a lovely summer day on the way down though which was great with the roof down. Not so sure it'd be as nice a drive right now :P
