*SOLD* 2006 Black Sapphire 3.0Si Sport Roadster

Thanks guys - working from home today

I'm going to try to sneak out during the day and wash the car so I can take some up to date pics in the morning on the way to work. Will then get them up tomorrow evening.

I'm slowly expanding where it's for sale - trying some word of mouth advertising through my network right now, FB groups etc. PH will be next. Don't want to go for that too early though as I'm away all weekend this week. However it's getting it's insp 2 on Monday, and I'm off all week from the 14th so maybe put it up on Sunday night or Monday morning.

Once I have some fresh pics I'll be able to advertise it more widely. How much is an AT ad ?

another bump

im very tempted, although I just took delivery of a 2013 mustang GT on wednesday - and whilst its ultimately not for me, its gonna be mine for a little while

Wow - that must be leaving some grins on your face 8)

Not a work-related perk is it ? And did I miss the thread with pics ???

I can hold onto mine for, say, a week if that helps

I've always had most success on Autotrader. Never failed to sell within 2 weeks.

Fleabay's another good place - fixed price, 30 days ... all cars I've had since about 2003 have all been sold on there

You didn't sell your Z through there did you ? And don't you have to give 10% to eBay in fees ?

Only because you'll be looking at the back of my new car Taz, if you can see it through the dust... And it is a good buy :P

They start at around a tenner. Once you've added bits and bobs to get the ad visible it was about £25 I think.

Cheers Stuart - had a look this morning, worthwhile doing this weekend I think.

On topic - update on the car... I'll have more & up to date pics on the first post by tomorrow evening. It's also now booked in to have the ding on the rear wing and the one other sorted on Thursday morning next week. I'll have the chap look over the car in case I've missed anything, and see if there's any other blemishes he can sort out while he's at it

Crikey J, how come I missed this thread?!

Whilst I can't be ar$ed to read all 6 pages, great write up on the car.
I know it's been your p&j so buyer will get a cherished & very well looked after motor.

Very nice Mustang  I just love them, my dad had a 1979 5.0 V8 Cobra official pace car replica back in 1980 when I was seven and I have been hooked on V8`s ever since! :driving:

Always fancied one myself but not ticked the box yet, enjoy it :D
