I had 6 calls, 5 of which sounded serious.

the buyer was desperate to come out and see it, and basically bought it on the spot.

had 2 people waiting to see it today too...one was very rude that I dared to sell it someone other than him! :rofl:

and if you're really interested, I've still got the number of the other caller... apparently selling something called a "mint 'prezzzzzaaahhh with 90k, really fast, and mint' and would like to change that for my zed and "about a grand"

I considering putting it on eBay, but I'm just really wary of test pilots and chancers through that route.

The weather down here is great today though, so I may just go out for a bimble (not hoon :wink: ) before the rain sets in over the weekend. It's pissing me off having it sat in the garage nice and clean with 16-19 degrees outside...

I ask two things of people wanting to drive in advance.

1. Put a tenner in the tank & we can go out for 20 minutes
2. Bring insurance showing ur covered fully comp

Otherwise no go - IMO serious people never had an issue when I asked this in the past, avoided test pilots having a wasted journey

He'll be the third to see it actually, but that's considered a lucky number by some :D

Sounds like an interesting chap, looking forward to meeting him. He's specifically looking for an auto roadster as well, which is ace.

think JDM's may've rivalled it...and I bought his...

one thing that I would suggest, and it's a great advert, v honest, is to remove the stuff that isn't a selling point...eg include a pic of the bolster but don't say it's been renovated, and cut out the bit about the springs and badges. on autotrader anyway.

they are questions that may be asked on the phone, but when they're on the phone you can gauge the type of buyer.

good luck with the sale, for the cash I reckon this is a bargain.
 
The guy is probably offering him the money, just anything, as long as Bing stops talking :evil:
