Soft top replacement and mileage question

Hey guys, have 2 questions that can hopefully be answered.

How hard or easy is it to replace a softtop roof? There is a car that I like and I am now shopping around for Z4's bt it has a beige soft top that I don't like and would rather have a black roof. So how much for a good quality soft roof and can I change it or would a specialist have to do it?

Question 2: What's the average life in miles or kilometres of a Z4 motor? I guess theres a few different motors but any idea would help. Thanks
 
Q1 - A complete new roof in the UK is around 2k fitted but you can have a roof dyed black.

Q2- if an engine is looked after most modern cars will do 300k miles or more but i would not buy a car on that sort of miles
 
Thanks I was just curious..I'd say the car I buy will only have like 20k kilometers or so.

Instead of making a new thread I have another question... I hear people talking about switching the tires to Falken FK-452's but does anyone know which one I would need from this site below?

Type sizes vary depending on Z4 spec but most common is 18" I would say which are front 225 40 r18 and rear 255 35 r18
