Soft top rattle and leak?

hey guys,

right I got back from some time away this last week and its the first winter ive owned my lovely Z4, and I have a couple of concerns? my seal at the front doesnt seem to be doing its job properly and seems to leak near the passengers door? how much does a new seal cost and what kind of place do i need to go?

the other thing is just behind the passenger seat there is a very loud rattle when i go over bumps and so on, is this normal or can it be fixed?

I have a rattle that sounds similar, would love to get an answer on this too.

yeah its rather annoying and doesnt sound normal to me...

has anyone got any answers?

is there anything that can normally fail on the soft top? Im going to have a long look later to see what I can figure out and will get some pictures posted if it helps.
 
Mine has a rattle behind the passenger seat too - it's the bit of trim that fills the hole in the roll hoops. A bit of silicone will probably fix it, when I get round to it...

Do you have a picture of the part you mean
 
Probably the wind deflector inserts in the roll hoop covers. Got the same rattle of mine. I just turn the music up. Instant problem solver.

Taken the wind deflector off mate, even the radio doesn't always mask it
 
All 3 bits? Or just the middle part? The bit rattling in mine is the smaller one directly behind the passenger headrest.
