I am a new member and have a problem with my wife's 2004 Z4. The soft top has stopped working, you press the button and nothing happens at all.
Are there any members out there who have experienced this same problem and do they know what caused it?
If nothing at all is happening, it could well be the parcel shelf thing in the boot has been raised and tripped the microswitch. Or that the microswitch has broken.
Do a search on my posts, there have been a few similar threads over recent weeks.

My wife seems to remember that this might have happened before many years ago. The car is 11 years old and we have had it for ten.
