Cleaning the inside of the car today and the head liner was drooping on the drivers side at the shoulder. Looking a bit further and dropping the top half way, found the plastic rib that attaches to the metal to be loose. The plastic rib has a spot for the screw to mount has split and come off the screw head.
Upper right hand side is where the screw and the split hole are.

Does anyone have a neat way to rebuild the mounting hole? The plastic flange that contains the hole is only 1/16 inch wide.

. Both times were covered under warranty and the only fix is to replace the headliner. It's a big PITA -top has to be removed and you know what happens when the knowledgeable "stealer" staff try to accomplish such a task. Be prepared to return to the stealer at least a couple of more times to get the top working properly again. Good luck!
