Facebook - great for sharing photos and keeping in touch with friends you've met along the way
Twitter - fairly heavy use. Much better than google these days if you need to find something out - ask a qu and a heap of people will answer for you! Also great for following latest news/football news etc due to breaking updates much earlier than their actual websites.
LinkedIn - may have become a recruiters paradise but is that a bad thing? I was headhunted through LinkedIn for my latest role so it's been nothing but a benefit to me!
Google + - does anyone actually use that? I registered a long long time ago but came off it due to the inactivity.
Myspace - does that even exist anymore? Once upon a time I had a great myspace page but thats long gone!!
And finally here - for specific Zed related bits & bobs and the odd bit of banter
May sound like a bit of a social media addict re-reading that but with an iPhone 5 in your pocket it takes little time and effort to reach the rest of the world in an instant. None of the above are any form of replacement for socialising for me, but just enhance the ability to keep in touch
Facebook - keep track of friends, check couple of times a week, don't update it very often
Twitter - just follow a few sporting journalists, news sites etc. don't tweet much myself
LinkedIn - keep it up to date, saves on doing the cv
Here... Sometimes post, mainly trawl through though as there are a lot of posts (as I'm usually only on every couple of days)
Same here, also never used twitter as I don't really understand what is for, only using Facebook to upload photos and recently started to use instagram
