Last info I have is that there are still a couple novice slots left on the June 8 Trackmasters Laguna day that I'm doing - save fast!
 
Kathy and I have decided to come to this event instead of going to Modesto, so count 2 more in for the BBQ. We will be just spectators, I think. :tumbleweed:
 
Looks like there will be 9 Z's and 14 people to spectate the event on this coming Saturday. I have reported to Tom and He is good to go. I asked again if there was anything we could bring and he said he had it covered. If you want something special to drink or have a helmet, I would bring it. I will be at the track between 7:30 and 8:00. I will have a frs radio on channel 12-0 to help guide you in. We will be parking in the infield. When you come in the entance, you will go left and follow the road around the track all the way to the far end. You will then follow the road to the right under the walkway and right on through the tunnel. Once on the infield, I am not sure where Tom will get to park. Be very watchful from this point on. Drivers with helmets on can not always see that well. Hats and sunscreen will save your hide. I look forward to seeing you there. :driving: :driving: :driving:
 
What is this sunscreen you mention? Will it get me into a Z4M?


BTW, I think i'm bringing a passenger. And I have 3 buddies showing up randomly. I had no idea they even knew about this :P

Just kidding. Yeah my kidneys will probably thank me for it.

Turns out I won't be +1 with my girl, she works Friday night. The other 3 friends yes. Anyways I will most likely be leaving sat night. I may get to go off the radar again.
 
Bob, find out from Bell what time the races and such are (or any time his car will be on-track). I want to make sure to shoot pics of him on-track.

He has been tring to get a schedule for a week and does not have one to date.

I will be at the track between 7:;30 and 8:00.

I know there will be a pratice first and then time trials then the race. What times I do not know.

Bob, thanks for the schedule…..I’ve been begging for it…the CR column is for the racers…..so seeing the schedule, how do you feel about a late lunch like at 1 ??? with practice at around 11 and Qualifying at 12:25 it doesn’t leave much room……so how about if we plan lunch as soon as I get off the track……and I’m going to try and get a photo op at 11:10 to 11:20 …..so does that sound ok ??? I don’t have any say so over the schedule, but it looks like that would work…



I’m bringing a couple of helmets to loan out so you guys can get rides…..looking forward to seeing all you guys…..Tom

-What does he mean by "photo op" at 11??? Unless I pull some strings I can't get out there with my car/camera until about noon.

Tom is tring to get some time between when they change the flag people. Do not quote me here, I think he was looking to be able to get us on the start finish line and be able to take pics there. I want to get a pic of me crossing the finish line with btotoro a quarter pannel behind me. Then all I need is a checkerd flag and some hot chick to wave it. :rofl:
