So what's your favourite TV series at the moment?

Mine is 'The Bridge' showing on Netflix. Swedish/Danish subtitled but so gripping and gritty I couldn't get enough of it.
About to start series two (there are three in total).

This has been remade as an English/French variant called 'The Tunnel' and also as an American/Mexican version.
Don't let the subtitles put you off, very easy to follow.

The other one, which is in English is Bloodline. Also on Netflix. I am just waiting for season 2 to appear so I can continue with that

Both - Very Highly recommended!

At the moment, 'the bridge', lots of other good stuff available for binging, but have to admit since season 3 just finished, I'm really missing my fix of that show :(

Btw, the subtitles are well worth it.

Ah, another fan! Wondered whether anyone else had seen it! It's SOOOOOO good isn't it!!!
I believe it was originally shown on BBC4 but it isn't on iPlayer at the moment.

You're in for a treat if you're only at season 2, a friend highly recommended it as I was put off by subtitles but easily blitzed seasons 1&2, and luckily season 3 was out before Christmas.

If you think plot and characters was good on season 1, it just gets better. Saga is seriously brilliant as the main character, and I guess I even like her pea green Porsche 930, suits her erm style.
Hope they do season 4, soon

No one bothered with Sons of Anarchy, sky box set, brilliant. Didn't think I'd like it, me and the wife have done season 1 to 6 (of 7) since December around 90 plus episodes in total by the end so great winter viewing!

Bing watched all 7 series in 6 weeks!

Starting series 7 soon so yup been some long nights, I find it mpossible to watch single episodes now lol...

All while getting read for Xmas... Getting and keeping on top of work ( major renovation project and relocation of offices) just started a 10 month course (open university style) and now gutting my kitchen ready for a new one by the end of the month.

Oh and I'm prepping my motorcycle ready for Almeria in March which is after I come back from my trip to Ohio next month.

Aaannnd breathe

I watched the lot and the first season was probably the best.
Being a biker I felt slightly embarrassed with a lot of their gang like capers.
The ending was a let down.
Heard there was to be a prequel to this series all about John Teller.

I don't watch a lot of TV and the only series that I am currently watching is Blue Bloods which is currently in it's 6th season.

Halfway through "Making a Murderer" on Netflix , teen daughter's choice but i'm finding it compelling viewing

Just started Luther season 1, looking ok so far. GOT of course, waiting for next season. Breaking Bad, probably the best (IMO) yet. What about watching over and over and over Star Trek TOS, TNG etc :fuelfire: and Twin Peaks  - I understand the latter is being redone?

Deutschland 83, interesting to hear the old tunes and see the world from an East German perspective

One of the classic must watch series I think, was the Sopranos !
I've got most of them on cd somewhere in the house.
The other series I enjoyed was Band of Brothers.
