So erm....I need a new front bumper.

Cracked the rear bumper on the TT in half. Needed plastic welding and alot of work, but was still cheaper than a new bumper.

Haha agreed! Shes refusing to ever drive my car again now because shes scared of damaging it, I can live with that :evil:

Well... took it to my body shop and he said he can sort it for me, just needs a tiny bit of plastic weld with a few mm crack. I made it clear that if it was at all noticeable Id rather a new front bumper, he assured me it would be perfect and hes always done an excellent job in the past with all our work cars and my other ones. Happy at just £70 too

that sounds like a good price. often bodyshops can do very good repairs and its a lot less hassle than buying a new one, getting it sprayed and fitted
