I might defer collection rather than risk 90 miles in a strange car in the snow. They've offered foc delivery so that's an option.
 
Being serious for a moment, you're probably right. I wouldn't want them driving it in a flatbed in the snow either though, so could be next week :cry:
 
It's paid for. It's not going away and having it at hand is probably more dangerous with it beckoning me to drive it. Shame as I could have fitted the stowage net and cup holders but c'est la vie

10-15cm forecast for the Midlands on Friday. Main roads should be fine though by Saturday I'd have thought? We had about 10cm here on Monday and everything was clear by the time I got back from Birmingham at 7ish on Monday evening.

I understand why you might not want to pick it up though and get salt and crap all over it.

The weather forecasters are being evasive... Nothing new there though. It is damned cold now, so anything that falls will hang around for a bit.
