SNOW!

It's all starting to melt here in Sunderland, looks like we won't be getting any more snow days in a hurry :(
 
We got 60 cm here at Gatwick now, never stopped last night and still snowing now.

Yours looks bad enough! To be fair, my house is at an altitude of 180metre above sea level so we tend to get hit a bit worse than the surrounding area anyway. But even the centre of the nearest major town (Falkirk - 5 miles) is under around 2' of snow. It seems to be the central/east coast of Scotland around the Fife/Edinburgh area that's taken the worst of it so far. Certainly the biggest amount of snowfall I've seen in my 31 years...
 
Well left Bristol at lunch time, had a good drive until I hit Yorkshire, M18 was slow at Doncaster and a little scary, the last 100 metres to my house were a complete nightmare. Thanks to my neighbours who dug me out a few times and pushed my car until it was beached on to the drive, its not going anywhere now. Supposed to be in Hamburg Monday :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I haven't seen this much snow since I was wee, it is about 18" at the deepest part

When I was a teenager, we used to build snowmen that were cute, how times have change and OMG I'm turning into my mother!!!!
