My friend also had a Z4, and he purchased some 'Karving' snow chains for it for a ski trip. However he needed to use them, as he isn't a interent type of guy he asked me to sell them for him.
Cost him £120 and they are as new, never been used. I can supply photos if needed, they fit wheels from 15-18, his was a Z4 3.0 Coupe - 2007 model.
Any offers before I put them on ebay? Not sure what they are worth.
