I am new on this forum.
Recently I changed the SMG pump (the old one died, error code 4F6F) and relay on my Z4 E85 3.0i (SSG transmission GS6S37BZ).
Together with the pump and relay I also changed the hydraulic fluid (Pentosin). The bleeding procedure (using INPA) completed successfully.
Afterwards I tried to change gears (car was stationary) and I noticed that I could only engage 1st and Reverse. Sometimes it's hard to find Reverse. 2nd gear did not engage, jumped right out to 1st gear and then Neutral. Sometimes it's hard to find Reverse.
Then I tried to switch gears using INPA (car was stationary) and the same thing happened. I went for a ride and tried again to change gears (this time the car was in motion) and I noticed that I could use/engage only 1st, 3rd and 5th. Jumped from 2nd, 4th and 6th.
Went back to garage and tried to run complete adaptation (using INPA) and received the following error "Self tuning stopped because of an error/Stable neutral position could not be put in".
Read error codes 4F74 and 4f73. And sometimes 4F75.
4F74 Gearbox: gear deselection unintentional
4F73 Gearbox: gear deselection unsuccessful
4F75 Gearbox: take in of gear /shift not successful or not possible.
Same errors with ISTA+
These error codes are not associated with the hydraulic system. I believe something happened inside the gearbox.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. :driving:
