Smartbear Towers

It's good to see there has been some progress Rob, and the temporary place doesn't look too shabby.

Feel for you Smartbear, it must have been a really distressing time for you both
Hope things go well for you now

Hope things run more smoothly from now on and that you are back in the mansion before too long.

Rob, thanks for the update. I can't imagine how gutting it must have been filling that skip. Great to hear you are making progress back to normality. Hope it goes smoothly from here on in and you are both back home soon.

Another team arrived today, kitchen & utility room now reside in skips & the bathrooms have been gutted.
More progress

Still can't believe the insurance gave you £13k for your E89!

Rather off topic, but maybe yours needs to try swimming!

£13600, plus i still had my Veeman wheels to sell - that made a total of £14250. I’m still hacked off that it got towed with the smarttop still fitted!

I guess one small mercy was having stone floors, or you'd be waiting months for all the timbers to dry out.

What happened to the moorhens this year?

They’re digging all the tiles up to let it dry out, the water was coming up between them! Half of our Carp vanished but the moorhens are still present :)

[ref]Smartbear[/ref], just seen the reports of more floods down your way.
Hope they missed you this time around?
