I PM'ed Timdon not realising that a fellow member Digidick had already ask to purchase it (Should have read the complete post) and with Digidick cancelling the request to purchase I only assumed I would be next inline so this is where my post came from, nothing under hand as so I thought?

I am sure there was no intention to be underhand at all. There are clear instructions for selling and therefore in reality it is the seller who should ensure they are adhered to primarily I would suggest.

"All discussions including offers, acceptances and refusals should be shown clearly in the thread (not by email or PM). Once a deal is agreed you may use whatever form of external communication you like to finalise payment details etc. We insist on this rule because we need to see all the negotiations to be able to mediate a solution to a dispute"

There have been numerous arguments over the last few years around this issue. I suppose it depends on the attitude of the person who feels they were first to ask on the thread itself.
In this case it seems [ref]Johnbmwz4[/ref] is being quite magnanimous about it.

Put it down to experience.
